Legion looking for volunteers

The American Legion of Libby is looking for a few volunteer van drivers to help veterans make it to their doctor’s appointments at the VA Clinic in Spokane.

The drivers would drive veterans from Libby area to Spokane and back. The time table for the trip is around 10 a.m. to noon, with a round-trip of about 320 miles.

Both men and women can apply and individuals don’t need to be a veteran, but do need to have a valid drivers license.
