Gerald Lee Mick, 58, of Libby

Gerald (Jerry) Lee Mick, of Libby, and proud co-owner of Happy’s Roadhouse Inn died Sept 6 in a motorcycle accident. He was born in California on March 25, 1958 but lived most of his childhood in Great Falls. He served 23 years as an air traffic controller in the U.S. Navy.

Jerry was predeceased by his father Leon Mick. He leaves behind his wife, Carry Mick of Libby, his daughters, Caroline Alves, and Ashley Stanley, both of Massachusetts, and his mother, Glenna Mick. He also leaves several adoring step children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will greatly miss him.

The memorial to celebrate his life will be held Sept. 24 at Happy’s, beginning with a potluck at 5 p.m. Services will start around 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite armed services organization.
