September 12, 12:45 p.m. — An ambulance was called when a man fell down the steps in front of the Court House.
September 12, 4 p.m. — An individual reported to dispatch that someone had stolen the lug nuts off his vehicle wheels.
September 12, 4:30 p.m. — A local clinic advised that a very irate female wanting welfare had left cursing and pushing a stroller.
September 13, 11 a.m. — Someone reported a scam phone call from a caller claiming to be from her credit card company.
September 13, 3 p.m. — A case of bad/fraudulent checks was reported.
September 13, 4 p.m. — A suspicious person was reported going through trash cans at a local park.
September 15, 2 p.m. — Ambulance responded to a report of a delusional father complaining that his feet were burning.
September 15, 2:30 p.m. — A male in the area was making suicidal threats and made a comment about having a needle full of herion that he was doing to inject.
September 15, 4 p.m. — An anonymous tip came in about individuals having a horse pinned in what appeared to be a chainlink dog kennel.
September 15, 6 p.m. — An individual told police that his cell phone had been stolen when he left it on a restaurant table.
September 15, 6:30 p.m. — Shots were reported fired near Mineral Avenue. An individual had accidentally dischared the rifle, and the shot went through a wall.
September 16, 4 a.m. — Troy Dispatch received a 911 call sounding like domestic violence in progress. The female had yelled for help and the call was disconnected.
September 16, 7:30 a.m. — Someone reported to dispatch that they had noticed that sometime last night all her vehicle tires had been flattened.
September 16, 8:30 a.m. — A resident had someone throw a rock through the driver’s side window of her locked vehicle. Nothing was found stolen from the vehicle.
September 16, 9:30 a.m. — An identity theft was reported to dispatch.
September 16, 11 a.m. — An individual repoted that sometime during the night, someone had stolen a tool topper off of his vehicle that was parked in his driveway.
September 16, 3:30 p.m. — A mother turned in her juvenile daughter who was threatening her mother and kicked her brother in his injured knee.
September 16, 11 a.m. — Troy Dispatch received a call regarding a theft from a residence. The resident left for the day and when he returned his television was missing.
September 17, 5 a.m. — A resident called to report that they just had a vehicle speed away from the residence. When they checked their truck’s back window, they found that it had been broken out and the car stereo was missing.
September 17, 5:30 a.m. — A bear was reported under an individual’s porch and going through cans of recyclables.
September 6:30 a.m. — A Libby resident advised that someone had thrown a rock and broke out his side window to his vehicle, and stole the residen’ts wallet.
September 17, 10:45 a.m. — Ambulances responded to a male who had fallen and hit his head and had a seizure. The male reportedly had a history of seizures and was having problems breathing.
September 17, noon — A white Alaskan malamute was reported missing. The dog was reportedly wearing a rabies tag.
September 17, 12:45 p.m. — A couple of plastic bottles full of used syringes were found near a local business.
September 17, 5 p.m. — An individual reported to dispatch that his neighbors dog continually chases his livestock.
September 17, 6 p.m. — A theft was reported when an individual called to report someone was breaking into his shed.
September 17, 7 p.m. — An individual reported that his 2005 black Hummer was stolen.
September 18, 10 a.m. — A complaint was filed against a resident’s neighbor for not keeping their goats penned up.
September 18, 4:30 p.m. — Dispatch responded to a report of a burglary off of U.S. Highway 2.
September 18, 7 p.m. — Two juveniles reportedly stole a chainsaw from an individual’s front yard.
September 18, 8 p.m. — A woman on Wisconsin Avenue told dispatch that her vehicle was missing.
September 18, 9 p.m. — A driver reported that when she tried to brake to miss a fawn, a second vehicle swerved around her and then intentionally tried to hit the animal.
