Campbell appointed to council

Libby has a new councilwoman.

By a vote of 3-1 with Allen Olsen voting no and Gary Beach abstaining, the council Monday night voted to appoint Janelle Campbell, owner of Country Inn, to replace Brent Teske, who was recently named mayor.
