Today the Bull Lake Rural Fire District took delivery of two Freightliner 6 wheel drive chassis obtained through the Department of Defense surplus program. These units were picked up last summer and had a camo paint job but were repainted white at the Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge. We are hoping to have one of these units up and running as a Tactical Water Tender for the 2017 fire season and both will, when completed, be available to serve the Bull Lake Fire District and Lincoln County for many years to come.
