The ATV reported stolen last week has been found and returned to Montana Power Products in Libby.

An Argo 750, 8x8 Amphibious ATV was reported stolen from Ronan Power Products-Hamilton Polaris KTM-Montana Power Products at its Libby store at 3:45 a.m. on Oct. 25. It was returned on Oct. 31 when a citizen found it.

Oct. 31, 1:30 a.m. — A caller told dispatch that his “ex” and another male kept driving past his residence and if they did it again he would shoot them.

Oct. 31, 11:30 a.m. — In a nearby parking lot, an individual reported a a hit and run.

Oct. 31 1:30 p.m. — A poached deer was reported by Granite Lake Road.

Oct. 31, 7 p.m. — An individual reported a person was passed out in their vehicle on someone’s private property.

Oct. 31, 8:30 p.m. — Police responded to a mother, without a driver’s license, driving with her kids in the car.

Nov. 1, 8 a.m. — An individual reporting that someone had broken into a vehicle the night before and stole some hunting gear.

Nov. 1, 4 p.m. — A Libby resident reported that a neighbor was out of town for the past few days and someone had spray painted the neighbor’s barn.

Nov. 1, 6:30 p.m. — Police responded to a call from a resident, advising that a neighbor had three cows out on their non-fenced yard for days.

Nov. 1, 7 p.m. — A Troy resident reported that a neighbor came over earlier in the day and stole a vehicle. When the vehicle was returned, the resident confronted him, and the neighbor picked up an iron rod, so the resident grabbed a gun and brought the neighbor into the residence at gunpoint. While calling the police, the neighbor hit the resident in the head with the iron rod and took off.

Nov. 1, 10 p.m. —The Libby Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire on Lincoln Boulevard. A trailer was fully engulfed and power was cut off.

Nov. 1, 1:30 a.m. — A third party reported that someone kept writing “die” on a resident’s front door.

Nov. 2, 3 p.m. — An individual reported that someone had cut the lock to a storage box sometime in the night.

Nov. 2, 4:30 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported when an individual spotted someone inside a rental that was supposed to be empty.

Nov. 2, 8 p.m. — A dog was reported stolen when a resident told dispatch that she had returned home from out of town and found her dog missing.

Nov. 2, 11:30 — Multiple shots were reported being fired, but the shots seemed to be related to the Cubs winning the World Series.
