An October trial is set for a Eureka man charged with intent to distribute dangerous drugs.

Billy Jo Seter, 47, of Eureka has been charged with possession of dangerous drugs, a misdemeanor, and intent to distribute, a felony, and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. His trial is set for Oct. 11.

Seter was arrested on March 3 after a law-enforcement stakeout on another Eureka resident’s home led to the confiscation of 50.4 grams of methamphetamine, 5.7 grams of marijuana, pills, pipes and snorting tubes. Seter was arrested with Helen Bayse, the property owner, after law enforcement officials raided the home.

Bayse has a separate case in the district court.
