July 26, 12 a.m. - An individual on Highway 2 reported hearing a “loud boom” in the direction of Town Pump.
July 26, 12:30 a.m. - Police spotted a suspicious vehicle by Lincoln Boulevard and Utah. It turned out that the individual in the vehicle was “just playing Pokemon.”
July 26, 12:45 a.m. - A resident called to report an alarm at the Libby High School. When police responded to the scene, they found it was just the maintenance crew.
July 26, 2:30 a.m. - Police arrested a wanted man for a misdemeanor. The man is now in custody.
July 26, 10:45 a.m. - A resident told dispatch that their neighbor’s dog showed up on their porch, “bleeding all over.”
July 27, 11 a.m. - A man informed Troy Dispatch that he had found several items of women’s clothing at a trail head near Vinal Lake.
July 27, 5 p.m. - An individual reported two women and one man putting debris on the railroad track.
