Maidens bash Lady Trojans

The Lady Trojans’ weekend woes continued Saturday, as they fell to the visiting Maidens of Ronan, 54-26.
The Maidens ran off to a 23-3 lead after the first quarter and never looked back. Lee Camel led all scorers with 17 on the night for Ronan.
The Lady Trojans never got close after the opening quarter, trailing by 22 at the half, 27 at the end of the third and 28 as the game ended.
Aurora Becquart led the Lady Trojans with nine points. Alyssa Lewis added six more and Allie Coldwell returned after going down on a fast break against Bigfork the previous night to score five.
The Lady Trojans are next up Friday at home against the Lady Lions of Lincoln County High. Tipoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.
