On New Year’s Day the staff and physicians at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center welcomed Nolan Ryan Fincher, son of Ryan and Heather Fincher as the first baby born in 2016. Nolan made his entrance at 6:57 a.m. weighing in at 8 pounds, 13.4 ounces and measuring 21 inches long. Dr. Jana Hall of the Northwest Community Health Center was the attending physician
