Mary Adelia Rouhier

Mary Adelia Rouhier, 87, passed away on Dec. 21, 2016 at the Libby Care Center. She was born on July 14, 1929 in Nampa, Idaho. She was the first of five children. Her parents were Leo F. Hostetler and Katie B. (Easter) Hostetler.

She was mother to six kids, Greg, Shauna and Jennifer Smith, and Gail (Griffin), Paul and Anne Rouhier.

Mary was a teacher with a masters in education and taught in Libby in the late 1960s.

She was also a very good artist, piano player and choir member for decades. You could hear her beautiful voice and tell that she sang with a passion. She also loved the outdoors and the adventure of finding new places. She will be very dearly missed.

She is survived by three brothers, Glen, Frank and Cliff Hostetler, a sister, Ethel Wolfe, two of her kids, Paul and Anne Rouhier, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
