Ronald Woller, 76, passed away Sept. 21, 2015, at his home in Fort Mohave, Ariz., with his wife by his side.  He was born on June 28, 1939, in Merrill, Wisc., to Eldor and Rose Woller. He spent his childhood in Merrill. He lived, and worked at various jobs in Merrill and Marshfield, Wisc., until he moved to Libby in 1969. Upon first arrival to Montana, Ron worked for the Libby Dam through the summer months before landing a position with Zonolite/W.R. Grace. During his tenure with the mine, Ron worked in various departments until its closing in 1990. In 1993, Ron arrived in Winnemucca, Nev., where he worked for Newmont Gold as a truck driver until his retirement.  During their early years of retirement, Ron and his wife bought an R.V. and enjoyed the sites that the U.S. had to offer. Eventually, they realized that their hearts were set on Montana and decided to settle in a cabin near Rexford. In 2010 they moved to warmer climate in Fort Mohave, Ariz.

Ron married his wife, Judy on Oct. 24, 1970, in Columbia Falls. They remained married and at each other’s side until his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Lisa and brothers Don and George. He is survived by his wife Judy; his sons Tim (Renee), Terry (Lisa), Tom (Tracy) and Joe and daughters Tammy (Don) Hummer, and Tina Day. He is also survived by his brother Jim (Shelby); his sisters Millie and Jean; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

While living in Libby, Ron was actively involved with the Little League community, where he was a coach/manager for 19 years. He enjoyed spending his free time in the outdoors. Fishing, hunting and gold prospecting were his favorite activities. He also enjoyed woodworking, playing cards and video poker.  He had a great sense of humor and could always make a person laugh.

He loved Montana and will return to Libby at a later date when the family will have a private burial.
