Delbert Collins made his daughter Alicia’s dream come true when he was able to walk her down the aisle on her wedding day. After suffering a severe stroke earlier this year, Delbert’s family didn’t know if he would ever fully recover. Through hard work and determination, he was able to walk with his daughter on this important day.
