53, of Libby

Carrie Norstebon, age 53, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at her home in Libby. She was born on April 28,1962 in Odessa, Texas, to Dick and Linda Duddington. She grew up in Ft.Worth, Texas, and moved to Ohio when she was in her early 20s.

Carrie moved to Wyoming when she was 33, there she met Dale Norstebon. She and Dale moved to Libby, where she spent the rest of her life.

Survivors include her husband Dale Norstebon, of Libby; three daughters, Linda Harris, Misty Bates and Jessica Bates of Ohio; son Eddie Bates, South Carolina; her parents Dick and Linda Duddington; two sisters, Rhonda St. Pierre and Susan Duncan; brothers Rick and David Duddington, all of Texas.
