Aug. 31

• A woman from Reserve Road called to speak with officers about the removal of a vehicle from her property.

• 911 received several calls from a phone on Rivers Edge Road. A woman answered a return call and told dispatch everything was OK.

• A caller from Heights Road requested to speak with a deputy to get a no trespass order against a neighbor.

• A woman on Bull Lake Road reported dogs came across a field and tried to attack her. The woman has filed previous complaints about the same dogs.

• A woman on Farm to Market Road was woken up by deputies responding to a 911 call apparently made accidentally by her children while she was sleeping.

• A woman on U.S. Highway 2 called to report the presence of her neighbor’s estranged boyfriend at the neighbor’s house, as requested by the neighbor.

• A man came into the Sheriff’s Office to report someone had forged a check on his account.

• A woman came into the Sheriff’s Office to report someone had keyed her car.

• A man brought in a set of keys he found at Big Eddy’s Boat Launch near Heron. Dispatch advised the Sanders County Sheriff.

• A reporting party brought in a written statement detailing harassment received while attempting to conduct a health inspection.

• A caller reported receiving threatening phone calls from an inmate at the Lincoln County Detention Center. The caller also reported being threatened in person by the inmate’s son.

• A caller near Shalom Drive reported shots fired between Shalom Drive and Pipe Creek Road, was concerned about fire danger.

• A man on Conifer Road reported the window was broken out of his vehicle and a purse was stolen from the car.

• A woman on Idaho Avenue reported the window was broken out of her vehicle.

• A caller reported several vehicles were keyed at an area car lot.

• A woman called to report a property management company would not return her rental deposit.

• A woman on Scenery Avenue reported finding charges on her credit card that she did not make.

 

Sept. 1

• A caller on U.S. Highway 2 reported the theft of a lawn mower.

• A caller on Lower Lake Creek Road called to discuss a family law matter with deputies, the caller expressed concern for a baby’s safety.

• A caller on Parmenter Drive called to report five donkeys loose in her yard. 

• A caller reported people fishing in the lower Flower Creek Reservoir, deputies were unable to locate the people.

• A woman on Indianhead Road reported a window was broken out of her residence.

• A woman on Louisiana Avenue reported someone used a rock to break the windshield of her car.

• A woman from Vanderwood Road called to tell dispatch her white Persian cat has been missing for two days, but animal control has not called her back. She told dispatch she would call again the following day.

• A woman on U.S. Highway 37 called to report black bears had been hanging around her duck pen.

• A caller contacted 911 to report a stolen cell phone.

• A man on Main Avenue called to report a suspicious individual outside his house.

 

Sept. 2

• A man was arrested for felony driving under the influence on 1st Avenue East in Eureka.

• A caller reported a man wandering in the highway near 10th Street. The man was picked up by ambulance and taken to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.

• A woman called from a residence on U.S. Highway 2 to report a domestic assault. Woman was transported to a friend’s residence.

• A woman on Parmenter Drive reported the theft of items from her car, the window was broken during the theft.

• A man on Glenwood Lane reported someone broke the window of his daughter’s car and stole items.

• A man from Tailback Lane called to report harassment from an individual whom he had evicted from the property.

• A woman on Renwood Avenue reported the window of her car was broken and her wallet was stolen.

• A caller reported a disturbance on Pioneer Road, a woman was reportedly screaming for help. Officers tranported the male half to his place of employment and reported the incident as verbal only.

• A woman called the Sheriff’s Office to report a sexual assault from approximately one month ago.

• A caller reported finding a game camera near the intersection of Larch and Utah.

• A caller reported an unidentified man lying in the grass by the old drive-in. The man told officers he was taking a nap before resuming his walk back to Idaho.

• A caller reported a hit and run at Libby High School, minor damage to the vehicle.

• A man went into the Sheriff’s Office to report he logged a piece of property with his brother, but his brother was not splitting the payment with him.

• A woman from the Corner Road area reported the theft of her cell phone.

• Deputies responded to the report of a threat near Homestead Drive.

• A man on Florence Road reported the presence of a very large black bear near his residence.

• A woman called dispatch to report she lost her iPhone on Farm to Market Road about two and a half weeks ago. The phone was in a white case with three hearts painted on it.

• A woman at Paradise Place reported a large bear trying to climb her fence.

• A caller reported people for having a camp fire behind a rest area on Bull Lake Road.

• A woman on Pioneer Road called to report a peeping Tom.

• A man was reported for walking in traffic in the area of Whiskey Hill.

• Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to assist Troy Police with a break-in at the Troy Activity Center.
