Why we need a recount
County Attorney, Bernard Cassidy, learned with Commissioner Dolezal that some false allegations, originating from local and state law enforcement, can affect elections.
County Commissioner Greg Larson knows that being appointed after Ron Downey’s contrived resignation, under Mr. Cassidy’s direction, ensures that former Commissioner Dolezal didn’t have the opportunity to beat him in a fair election. Anyone who challenges your bogus appointment, like Dale Swapinski, faces the wrath of Mr. Cassidy. Commissioner Cole makes the motion to appoint, Tony Berget seconds, no questions asked. Or else.
City Attorneys Evans, Reintsma and Doney Crowley, all mayoral appointments, have followed Mr. Cassidy’s leadership. They have slandered Councilmen Walt McElmurray, Stu Crismore, D.C. Orr and Allen Olsen in separate attempts to void elections. Law enforcement has been there, lock-step, to pave the way and allow leadership to violate the laws that only the little people must follow.
Illegitimate Mayor Roll ran in this latest election with the express desire to dishonestly alter the election and 53 voters joined his corruption. His endorsement of six candidates, while libeling three, caused every single one of them to violate the Code of Fair Campaign Practices. They colluded to influence and control the election.
And last, but not least, I cannot trust the actions of County Elections Administrator, Robin Benson. Currently, Ms. Benson is being prosecuted for election violations along with the mayor, City Attorney Reintsma, Candidate Williams, Council members Barb Desch and Bill Bischoff, and Tree Queen Vicky Lawrence. I have seen her emails, released in discovery in the Olsen case, which prove Robin Benson helped spend $150,000 attempting to maliciously bankrupt Olsen into submission, while knowing the lawsuit was frivolous, as determined at trial under Honorable Judge Wheelis.
Yes, I’m inclined to request a recount so I can inspect the contested ballots.
D.C. Orr,
Libby
