Letter to the Editor:

Thank you. Thank you to Rick Ball and his stellar staff for our wonderful Lincoln County Library, and to Alyssa Ramirez for helping me to achieve computer literacy. They said it could not be done.

The programs Mr. Ball has instituted have made our libraries the cultural and educational centers of the community, and it is free to the public.
