Hunters, please help keep our area clean

Letter to the Editor:

It is sad to notice the substantial increase in litter, garbage, etc ... along our roads and trails once hunting season begins. No doubt it is a case of the ‘few denigrating the many,’yet it is still a sad commentary on the mindset of hunters in general. 

We all can do better than this. Hunters, tell your hunting friends to keep their litter in their vehicles instead of throwing it along our roads. You aren’t doing your cause much good and are certainly lessening the outdoor experience for everyone.
