Junior Tennis Winners Herb Neils congratulates first place winners of the Libby Junior Tournament which was completed Friday at the Racquet Club courts. Sharon Haffner won the girls’ singles title, Kelly Evans took first place in the boys’ senior singles competition and Donald Cox won first in the boys junior singles.
