• A caller reported that there was a suspicious man wearing a black hoodie. The man was pacing back and forth and acting strange.
• A man called to report that high school kids were throwing rocks at windows.
• The city of Troy dispatch received a call from a man reporting that his brother threatened to destroy his vehicle if he went fishing.
• A woman called to report that her neighbors’ door to the residence was wide open.
• A caller called to report that there was a nine-year-old that has been left alone all day and has been throwing items at individuals.
• A caller wanted to speak with a deputy about unusual emails.
• A woman called to report that she had been just rear-ended.
• A woman called to report that she heard a woman screaming and crying from one of the other apartments.
May 21
• A woman called to report that she has been receiving phone calls from an unidentified number claiming to be the IRS and demanding money.
• A woman called to report that she was rear-ended by a high school student. The student did not stop. The caller wanted the officer to meet her at the school and talk with her. A citation was issued for failure to exchange insurance at the scene of the accident.
• A woman called to report that she had an agreement with a lady in the neighborhood to purchase a horse. The lady wanted $400 for the horse. The woman was paying $50 a month for a total of $300. She went over to pay the final amount and the neighbor backed out of the deal. The neighbor wouldn’t give the money back.
• A man called to report that individuals are calling him and cussing him out.
• A woman called to report that a little Boston terrier walked onto her yard.
• A woman reported that someone stole her phone.

• A man called to report that two husky dogs are in his yard and upsetting his rabbits.
• A man called to report that a tool that’s used for opening doors was stuck in his car door.
• A man called to report that his 16-year-old daughter is out of control. She is smoking pot and would like an officer to call him.
• A man called to report that the goat with two kid goats is back and running the neighborhood.
• A woman woke up to find out that somebody had cut her trees down.
• A caller called to report that the vendor doors at the fair grounds had been kicked in.
• A one-year-old was bitten in the face by mother’s roommate dog.
• A woman called to report her Chihuahua mix took off towards the bus barn. She said that she couldn’t control the dog.
• A woman called to advise that there is a man either sleeping or passed out in his van on California Avenue.
• A woman called to report that her boyfriend stole her purse, which had all her money in it.
• A caller would like to speak with a deputy regarding her sister’s mental state.
• A woman asked for an officer to come and speak with her brother. Her brother is being unruly and refusing to get in her vehicle.

• A man called to report his neighbor’s dog has been barking all night.
• A woman called to report that her ex-husband is hiding in her garage. She advised the deputy that he isn’t supposed to be there.
• A man called to report that his wallet is missing.
• A businessman called to speak with an officer about an employee writing personal checks on the business account.
• A woman called to report that her ex-husband has been harassing her for the past few days.
• A man called to report that an individual just threw a can out of his vehicle.
• A man called to report that his neighbors were having a domestic dispute.

• A man called to report that somebody had stolen his pistol from his vehicle the night before.
• A man called to speak with a deputy about his neighbor letting his aggressive dogs run wild.
• A woman called to report that she lost her silver makeup bag.
•A woman called to report that a man just kicked her vehicle and tried to punch her husband. The man also threw a 2x4 at her vehicle.
•A woman would like to speak with a deputy about her husband stealing her car, phone and money.
•A woman called to speak with an officer about her employer harassing her.
