Alexander Thompson

Alexander M. Thompson, 85, of Sebring, Fla., passed away June 1, 2015, at his home in Sebring, Fla., under the care of hospice.  He was born December 26, 1929, in Linwood, Penn., to George W. and Jean (MacFadyen) Thompson.  Alexander was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.

Alex and his wife, Eileen, owned and operated the Bull Lake Guest Ranch for many years.  He loved and served the Lord until God called him home. Alex was preceded in death by his parents George and Jean Thompson.

Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years come August, Eileen, of Sebring, Fla.; his children George (Penny), Tom (Kim), Tim (Melinda), all of Troy, and daughter, Barrie (Rob) of Farmington, N.M.; seven grandchildren and his sister Harriet Lawson of Garnet Valley, Penn.

There will be a graveside service at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the Bull Lake Guest Ranch on Bull Lake Road.  As Alex always said, “Keep looking up, He’s coming soon!”
