What can be said of a society that was built upon moral standards and faith in something larger than itself when it does a complete turn-around and worships the very things that will destroy it?

Lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, envy, wrath and pride are the seven deadly sins and everything negative in our world comes from these sins. Yet we idolize everything about them.

We toss out God and faith, spirituality and harmony, family and relationships, and welcome everything sinister with open arms and closed hearts. Then we whine when something bad happens.

Seriously? If we choose something bad we are going to get something bad.

Reasonably intelligent people, both believers and non-believers, should be able to see these are not good things. We are misguided. We are uneducated. We are separated and isolated. We are ignorant and because of that we are lost.
