What I've read, seen and heard in council

I only know what I read, see and hear. I read that the Montana Commissioner of Political Practices has found indications of election fraud and collusion, committed by the City Attorney, mayor and certain City Council members. In order to form my own opinion, I began to research the question, which includes attending City Council meetings.

I attended the June 16, 2015, City Council meeting.  City Attorney Payne spoke at length about the possible penalties involved. Since all of Mr. Payne’s rhetoric involved penalties, my inference was he was coming from a guilty plea mindset. I’m sure he knows what we do not.

The July 7, 2015, article in The Western News entitled “Municipal Candidate Filing Period Ends,” states Mayor Roll has filed for a council seat. He doesn’t desire any votes or wish to win.  His one reason to run is to ensure Moe, Larry and Curly do not get on the council.

So what have I read, seen and heard? A cloud of indictment hangs overhead waiting to rain; our city attorney’s mindset is in the sentencing phase of things and a candidate for City Council has displayed a spiteful and hateful nature.
