Rainbow Sweetheart Penny Skogas, center, was honored during an intermission in the dancing at the annual Sweetheart Ball sponsored by Libby Assembly No. 5, Order of the Rainbow for Girls at the Elks Club Friday night. The crown was passed to Miss Skogas by Cathy Peck, last year’s sweetheart, who also presented a dozen red roses to the new Rainbow Sweetheart.
