Marie E. Haywood, 71, passed away peacefully amongst family and friends on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center. She was born Sept. 16, 1943, in Renton, Wash., the daughter of Eugene and Lona Hjellum.
Marie was involved in and was an active member of the Libby Senior Center. She enjoyed playing pool, fishing, crocheting, and working in her garden. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all.
Survivors include her husband Reg Haywood; two sons, Chuck and Brian Haywood; two sisters, Renee Comeau and Rita Holder; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date and will be announced. Arrangements are under the care of Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory in Libby. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
