Jan. 8

• A person on Park Street reported a dog in the area chasing kids and acting aggressive towards people.

• A person on Idaho Avenue reported a case of identity theft.

• A woman turned in a set of keys she found on Louisiana Avenue.

• A suspicious vehicle with out-of-state plates was reported circling an area school.

•A woman reported her ex-boyfriend was at her house and threatening her.

Jan. 9

• A woman called to report that her brother was acting irate. She called a short time later to say he had calmed down and was leaving for the night.

• A caller reported a two-vehicle accident on California Avenue. A citation was given for a right-of-way violation.

• A caller reported an accident on Nevada Street with two cars involved. A right-of-way violation was issued to one of the drivers.

• A woman at a local trailer court reported her neighbor has been leaving garbage cans in her yard and the trailer park manager was calling and threatening her.

• A driver on Poplar Street was cited for driving without insurance. That person was transported to adult probation.

• A woman at a Troy trailer court was charged with violation of a court order, elder abuse and theft. Bond was set for $5,000.

• A caller on Reese Court reported a woman intimidating her by dragging a garbage can and trespassing on the caller’s property. No citation was given.

• A 34-year old man was arrested on Granite Creek Road for violating his probation.

• A 33-year old man turned himself in for an outstanding warrant.

• A woman on 10th Street was checking on her father’s house when she noticed footprints in the snow near the backdoor and basement windows. She asked for someone to check out the location.

• A caller on Granite Avenue reported a suspicious vehicle circling the area all day long. Officers in the area responded to investigate.

• A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of an area school. Caller said a truck sped away as a bus entered the lot and requested an officer to check on the situation after everyone left the school.

• A man on Pheasant Run called to report loud explosions near his home again. Officers responded but didn’t locate the source of the noise.
