Carolyn J. Ross

Carolyn J. Ross was born in Wayne, Neb., on June 10, 1941 and passed away in Dillon on Jan. 12, 2015 surrounded by her beloved family. Family was the most important thing in Carolyn’s life. She loved spending time camping with her numerous grandchildren and she always attended their sporting events. Her passion for quilting, church activities and traveling adventures brought her many close friends.

Carolyn had boundless energy, a strong spirit and a love of life that were contagious to those around her. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Donn Ross; her children Treva and Rich Peterson, Scott and Wendy Ross and Terri and Gary Haverfield; her grandchildren, Aubrey, Aundrea, Tanner and Michael; and her great-grandchildren Dillion, and Ellis.

A future memorial service will be held in Libby. Details will be forthcoming. Donations in Carolyn’s memory can be made to the Lincoln County chapter of Wings through First Montana Bank branches in Libby or Troy.
