Zinke offers value for corporate donors

I would like to defend Rep. Ryan Zinke from the recent charge that he doesn’t represent Montana values. Maybe - but he’s working for the people who paid for him. More specifically, he’s representing Bill Foley and Fidelity National, who funneled in a large portion of his campaign money. They just happen to own a number of restaurant chains, and GMO food labeling might hurt their business.

He gets his Congressional salary whether you like him or not. Welcome to the United States of America, post-Citizens United. You’re certainly not important now, if you ever were. Montanans give good value for money, and Mr. Zinke is doing that.
