O’Rourke joins Libby Care Center staff

Consulate Healthcare is proud to announce that Robert O’Rourke has joined the Libby Care Center as part of the Administrative Team. Robert has worked in healthcare for over 22 years in a variety of settings and positions, prior to earning his Nursing Home Administrators license for the State of Montana.

“As I settle into my position, my focus will be on Quality Assurance and Improvement,” stated O’Rourke, “We want to make sure that this is where people choose to come when receiving their Rehabilitative Services and Long Term Care. I love this community and I want our care to reflect that we are providing for our friends and family.”

Transitional Care takes place when people need extra assistance and rehabilitation while recovering from some event in their lives; such as surgery, trauma, stroke, or any other event that might have reduced their physical ability. The goal for transitional care is to get you back on your feet and into your home. The Libby Care Center has been developing an amazing team that will individualize treatment plans and closely work with the care staff to further facilitate the healing process. In addition, a support team will help facilitate a smooth transition back into the home.

In addition, The Libby Care Center provides Respite and Long Term Care for those that require assistance with their daily lives. Staff teams at the Libby Care Center meet every morning to discuss resident’s care in an effort assure that the care being provided meets the individual needs.

“This is an exciting time for the Libby Care Center, I’m excited to be part of it,” O’Rourke concluded.

“Long Term Care is one of the most emotional and important decisions that one can make, we want to make sure that when someone chooses the Libby Care Center, they know they made the best choice possible.”
