Letter to the Editor

I would like to thank The Western News for acknowledgement of all the volunteer members and first responders. It is true many of us give countless hours to keep our community a safer place.

I would also like to thank Paul Bunn, owner of the Venture Inn and Restaurant for his generous response to your special section. He created and distributed personal gift certificates for $10 towards any meal at his restaurant for every person listed in your special section.

This kind of recognition goes beyond words and reminds all of us why we love to live and serve in Libby.
