Juries deter tyranny

| September 16, 2014 10:30 AM

The ability of 12 ordinary citizens in a criminal case to determine whether a law is fair and just is one of the greatest deterrents to tyranny that our country has ever had; it is a gift passed down to us by our founders.

I completely support this power of the jury. Learn more about it at fija.org. My opponent in the Supreme Court race, Jim Rice, does not support this power nor does he acknowledge it. This issue demonstrates one of the biggest differences between us.

Anyone interested in my campaign is invited to go to www.f4dave4justice.com.
