Byron Pilcher, 95, of Spokane

Byron E. Pilcher, 95, passed away Sept. 3, 2014, at his home in Spokane, Wash.

He was born in Libby on June 3, 1919, to Gleason Alphius and Luona Ethel Hovey Pilcher.

Byron is survived by his wife Maxie (Grantham) Pilcher. They were married July 3, 1948 in Spokane.

He is also survived by his uncle Bliss Pilcher; daughter Deborah Ellen (Pilcher); Mr.  and Mrs. James Philip Flynn; grandson Mickeline Flynn; sister Lois Glendola (Pilcher) Dashiell, Bill, Peck, Scow of Libby; and nephew Kevin (Kimberly) Bill of Danbury, Conn.

There was a private family memorial held on Thursday at Fairmont Memorial Park in Spokane.
