Oct. 21
• A man on Dawson Street reported that a man pulled into his driveway but would not get out of his car because he was afraid of the dog. The visitor gave the man his business card, rolled up the window and drove away, running over the man’s big toe in the process.
Oct. 22
• A woman on Conifer Road reported juveniles stealing from her mailbox.
• A 35-year-old man on Dawson was arrested following reports by a woman that her spouse had assaulted her.
• A woman on Spruce reported change being stolen from her car. She also discovered that her debit card was missing and had been used in Kalispell.
• A woman reported that she had purchased tickets in a raffle to win an ATV, but that the drawing scheduled for Jan. 2014 has never taken place and the ATV hasn’t been sold.
• A caller in the Pipe Creek area reported people illegally cutting wood and stealing logs.
• Two individuals were issued verbal warnings for agitated behavior near a local business.
Oct. 23
• A Troy man reported that he had paid for some books and was to meet the seller, but that the seller did not show up.
• A caller near J. Neils Park reported a leaking propane tank. The fire department responded and smelled methane. The tank owner was contacted.
• A man on Shabear Way reported that mail had been previously stolen from his mailbox and now his license plate had been stolen.
• A woman on Libby Creek Cutoff who was taking care of a neighbor’s property reported that someone had attempted to break into the house.
• A caller from the Creek Side trailer court reported a woman refusing to leave the property and indicated that if the woman didn’t leave she was going to die.
• A caller on Spencer Road reported that someone had kicked their door, but didn’t see anyone outside. This was the second occurrence.
Oct. 24
• A woman reported someone attempting to break into her home on Spencer Road. She had previously reported someone kicking her door.
• A caller reported an injured deer near Plummer School with a rope and tarp wrapped around its legs.
• A woman on East Missoula Avenue reported her yellow lab missing for the past two days.
• Sarah Cosgriff, 27, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear on a theft charge.
• A caller at Saverite West reported a beligerant customer.
• Jason Adrian Edwards was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.
Oct. 25
• A woman on Rainbow Lane reported the attempted theft of her car last night.
• A caller on Mahoney Road reported the overnight theft of two chainsaws.
• A man on Lower Quartz Creek Road reported a theft of firewood.
• A man on East Cedar Street reported the theft of a pistol from his car.
• A woman on Cedar Street Extension requested protection after threats were made against her.
Oct. 26
• A man on Upper Flower Creek Road reported his car alarm going off twice during the night.
• A caller on Fifth Street Extension reported a goat suffering a vicious attack from by a pit bull in the neighbor’s yard. The goat survived, but when deputies arrived the dog was at large.
• A mother on Norman Avenue reported her 15-year-old son had run away, again.
• A caller at Burger Express reported a suspicious man walking around the area.
• Kimberly Johnson was cited for drug paraphernalia.
• A caller on Hutton Drive reported a raging child destroying household items.
• A caller on Pioneer Road reported the people in the neighboring trailer were drunk.
• A woman on Vicks Lane reported her boyfriend had beaten her.
• A woman on East Fifth Street reported smelling propane. The woman said something was about to explode, then hung up.
