Lynnette Kortte, 50, of Libby

Lynnette Kortte, 50, died on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014, in Libby. She was born July 25, 1964, to Douglas and Barbara Kortte in Libby, where she lived out her life. 

She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed life, camping, fishing, music, arts and crafts, anything involving hearts, helping others, games, being with her friends and family, and most of all talking.

Lynnette married and had two sons. She was a stay-at-home mom when her kids were young and worked as a PCA and CNA after her boys left home.

She is survived by her mother Barbara Kortte; sister Jeanette Kortte and ‘Lee’ of Libby; sons David Prior and Paul Kortte; granddaughters Malayeka and Tesla Prior of Missoula; David’s father Nick Hendricks and ‘Sandra’; and grandparents Carol Langly and ‘Ron’ of Libby; aunts Linda Kyriss and ‘Paul’; Donna Peppenger; uncles Robert Peppenger and Brownlee Peppenger of Libby; and her loving friend Mike Purvis and his mother Marry of Libby. 

She also had many friends who cared for her; we thank you all for being her friends.
