Women on Target

to host beginner class

The Women on Target will host a beginner handgun course, for women only, at the Yaak Rod and Gun Club on June 14, from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. The course is presented by the Yaak Rod and Gun Club also. The course will have a limited class size, so pre-registration is recommended.

The course is a hands-on class, where students will learn to handle, load, unload and fire a variety of guns. The course will be a friendly atmosphere and is focusing on learning about different handguns and shooter safety. Lunch will also be provided.

American Red Cross

to host blood drive

The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on June 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars at 114 W. 2nd St. To schedule an appointment, contact Gloria Byrnes at (406) 293-5233. If an appointment is not scheduled, walk-ins are welcome.
