March 12

• Gary W. Lies, 69, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while the privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

March 17

• Kristin R. Orr, 31, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while the privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance. Orr was sentenced to 190 suspended days in jail and 40 hours of community service. She was fined $600 and charged $70 in court costs.

• Daniel Thomas Malone was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and driving while the privilege to do so is suspended.

• Darlene Kay Shelton was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Charles Jeremy Chapel was arrested and charged with probation violation.

March 19

• A caller on Pioneer Road reported a neighbor had been blaring music for five hours straight.

• A driver reported a truck with very bright headlights driving on the wrong lane of Highway 2. The truck forced the driver into the ditch.

• A caller on Louisiana Avenue reported loud music coming from a neighbor’s house.

• A woman on Indian Head Road reported a man threatened her.

• A pair of minors were arrested on shoplifting charges at Rosauers.

• Roland Kim Wilson was arrested and charged with DUI.

March 20

• Naomi Marie Miller was charged with driving while the privilege to do so is suspended.

• A caller on Montana Avenue reported the windows of his business smashed out.

• A father on Highway 2 reported his daughter stole items from him.

• James Lee Potts was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Brad Todd Davis was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Sarah Jolyn Cosgriff was arrested on a warrant.

• A driver reported a small black truck with Idaho license plates driving through Troy at 50 mph. The truck also tailgated and passed on double yellow lines.

March 21

• A woman on Wards Road reported someone walking around her garage.

• A woman on North Third Street reported her husband had violated her temporary restraining order against him several times.

• A Libby man reported another man had run off with a vehicle the first man had the title for.

• A man on Dakota Avenue reported a person walking around his house at night.

March 22

• A man on Shalom Drive reported his neighbor speeding up and down the road in a blue Ford Ranger. He felt unsafe and was willing to sign a complaint.

• A mother on Spencer Road reported a neighbor pointed a weapon at her children.

• A driver on Highway 2 reported striking a deer near mile-marker No.  62. The deer was injured and needed to be euthanized.

• Holly Sarbaum was arrested and charged with DUI.

March 23

• A mother on Leisure Lane reported her son beating things with a baseball bat. The young man was told to leave and threatened with arrest should he return.

• A man on Kootenai bridge reported finding a dog.

• A woman on Michigan Avenue reported finding her boyfriend smoking dope. The woman kicked him out of the house and now wanted a restraining order.

March 24

• A caller on Reese Court reported the theft of a weapon.

• A woman on Spencer Hill Avenue reported a man stalking her for the last 45 minutes in his vehicle. She said he keeps driving around her house.

• A man on Highway 2 reported wanting his girlfriend kicked out of his house.

• A caller on Parmenter Drive reported a white pickup truck had been blasting music for eight hours.

• Jennifer Lynn Kelch was arrested and charged with DUI.

• The owner of Kootenai Disposal requested a deputy when he noticed a door kicked in.

• Someone reported a male Pointer dog with an electric collar near Kootenai River Road. The dog was taken in by animal control.

• A man reported being the victim of a battery at Aitkens Quick Stop. The man said his attacker accused him of “talking smack” about his wife.

• A chimney fire was reported on Bethel Drive.

• Taylor Kefra was arrested on a warrant.

March 25

• A caller in Belle-Vue Trailer Court reported a neighbor couple arguing loudly. The couple was arguing inside and outside of the their trailer.

• A caller on West 2nd Street Extension reported a child bit by a dog.

• A woman on Highway 37 reported people shooting from the hillside across from her crippled horse.

• A caller on Highway 2 near mile-marker No. 67 reported a man in a red coat jumping into the road in front of her car.
