KALISPELL — A 25-year-old Whitefish man who with his wife supplied a 15-year-old baby sitter with marijuana and alcohol and then raped her has been sentenced to five years in prison without parole.

The Daily Inter Lake reports that Kory Hubble received the sentence on Thursday in Flathead District Court.

The sentence that’s part of a plea agreement includes 15 years of probation after prison.

On May 30 he pleaded guilty to sexual intercourse without consent.

His wife, 22-year-old Nadine Lyons Hubble, has pleaded guilty to felony sexual assault for her involvement in the Nov. 16, 2011 attack.

She made the plea without an agreement and faces up to life in prison and a $50,000 fine. Sentencing is scheduled for April 3.
