This past year has been very exciting for the Pregnancy Care Center.

We have a new group of very dedicated volunteers who have been able to serve many new clients and with the help of several volunteers who gave of their time and resources, the little house on West 10th was remodeled and is, hopefully, more comfortable and appealing.

There was a total of 376 client visits this past year; 251 opportunities to help someone during a very difficult time in their lives whether because of an unplanned pregnancy, the need for baby items or just someone to talk to.

The volunteers here have been doing a tremendous job, and we are so fortunate to have them. Here is what one of them had to say about the last several months here.

“Over the past five months of volunteering at the Pregnancy Care Center, I have learned quite a few things; two of which are the importance of having a kind, welcoming attitude with each client and paying special attention to each client’s situation/life.

To make sure my attitude is right with every client and that my attention is kept on how best to help every client, I have learned that I need to have a good prayer time about how to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and that He will then guide my words and actions with each client.

“God has recently put an even greater desire in my heart to help other women no matter the age or circumstance. It is my greatest desire to share God’s love, and by loving, giving to and listening to these women (and sometimes men) I believe that they catch a glimpse of God’s love that I pray will keep them coming back for something more than just (very helpful) donations.”

The people at the Pregnancy Care Center are indeed making a difference in the Libby community and it is through your financial help that they have a venue to impact the lives of so many, including the unborn who cannot speak for themselves.

The Pregnancy Care Center exists because of caring people like you who give of their resources to help and educate those in need.

The Center provides clothes, baby furniture, household items, diapers, formula, a new support group, information on child rearing, post-abortion information, anger management, etc.

Thank you so very much from all of us at the Pregnancy Care Center.
