Feb. 27

•  Thrisa Mary Hart, 52, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. She was fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 179 days suspended and one day credited as time served.

• Nancy A. Schaffer, 43, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was fined $300, charged $55.47 in court costs, ordered to pay $4,704 in restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended and three days credited as time served.

March 3

• Donald C. Bryant, 46, was found guilty of theft. He was charged $335 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 169 suspended and 11 days credited as time served.

Feb. 28

• An injured deer was reported in the middle of Highway 2 near Rosauers.

• Stormy Lighting Boltz was fined $500 on bond forfeiture.

March 1

• A man on Highway 37 reported his daughter had not come home that night.

• A woman on Shalom Drive reported a man in a tan Carhartt suit cutting wood on U.S Forest Service property. The woman’s husband talked to the man and an argument ensued. The woman said the man cutting wood did not have a permit.

March 2

• Jana Jo Roberts was arrested and charged with driving while the privilege to do so is suspended.

• A man on Leisure Lane reported agreeing to buy a car from another man. The money had changed hands already, but the car and seller were nowhere to be found.

• A wallet was reported found at the intersection of Dale Street and Ski Road.

March 3

• A hit-and-run accident was reported in the Cabinet Peaks Medical Center parking lot.
