Irish Fair Two

The little bit of Irish in everyone will come out Saturday during the 19th Annual Libby Irish Fair at the Memorial Center.

There will be an arts and crafts fair from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., which includes various drawings and music. Daytime admission is free.

In the evening, the music of Bridges Home will entertain. Tickets for this concert are $10 in advance or $12 at the door.

Bridges Home features vocal harmonies, accompanied by Celtic harp, Irish whistle, bodhran, octave mandolin, guitar, tenor ukulele, clawhammer-style banjo, stompbox and washboard.

Their concerts feature an engaging blend that runs from high-energy, foot-stomping sing-a-longs to hauntingly beautiful Irish ballads and finely crafted instrumental duets.

Bridges Home has been featured at several music festivals, including Northwest Folklife in Seattle.
