Troy sixth-grader Moxley Roesler-Begalka keeps cool in an early round of the Feb. 19 Lincoln County Spelling Bee hosted by Eureka this year, going on to win by correctly spelling "complacency" to edge out runner-up Kaitlyn Downey, also of Troy.
