Patsey Helburg, 88, formerly of Libby

Patsey Ruth Helburg passed away Jan. 30, 2014, in Lake Havasu City, Ariz., after a long illness.

Patsey was born in Grand Junction, Colo., on July 12, 1925. She was raised in Colorado. Patsey and Al Helburg were married in 1945 in Marysville, Calif.

Patsey worked as a telephone operator and office worker in Fort Collins, Colo., until 1984 when she retired after 30 years.

They came to Troy in 1993 and lived in the Libby and Troy area since. They went to Lake Havasu City last November.

She is survived by husband, Al, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; sons, Mike (Kris) of Libby and Steve (Sherrie) of Fort Collins, Colo.; daughter, Janeen Mieir of Fort Collins, Colo; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Patsey are pending for a later date.
