Thomas F. Ashley, 70, died on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at his residence in Libby of natural causes.  He was born at Tacoma, Wash., on December 30, 1943, to Thomas and Minnie Ashley.

Tom moved from western Washington to Libby in 2000. He was the caretaker of property off of Bobtail Road and Pipe Creek. He enjoyed evening campfires sharing conversations with his friends. His favorite pastime the last few years was spending the afternoons conversing with his friends at Foxy’s, a bar and restaurant south of Libby.

At Tom’s request, no services will be held.  Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory in Libby. Online condolences may be made at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
