John Roscoe Garrison was born Jan. 6, 1947, to Jack and Gladys Garrison.
Joe died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Spokane, Wash., on July 23, 2014, after a two-year battle with cancer.
His father, John Garrison, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother Gladys Haines; brother Bill Garrison; sister Cindy Ingram; daughters Nikki Reynolds, Kelli Theil and Randi Newton; and son Joseph.
