• A caller reported a lost dog that looked like a Yorkie near Town Pump in Libby.
• A woman reported a snowmobile racing up and down Spencer Hill.
• A man on Homestead Drive reported someone opened a credit card in his name.
• A woman on Crystal Lake Road reported a neighbor man just approached her door and yelled at her about her barking dogs. She was scared.
• A caller reported someone tearing a gate out at Taylor Peak Road.
• A woman on Pioneer Road reported the two residences next to her are vacant but last night one of the properties had a back bedroom light on.
Jan. 3
• A caller on Conifer Road reported he was being harassed and threatened by a man.
• A woman reported selling some tools to a man three weeks ago. The man made an initial payment of $50 toward a total cost of $400. The man grew enraged during discussions about further payments and had threatened the woman and her husband.
• Thomas M. Failla was arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
• A man reported being harassed by a woman at a local restaurant.
• Several callers reported a dead deer causing a road hazard on Highway 2 near mile-marker No. 39.
• A man reported hearing people come and go from the property behind his house. There is a “No Trespassing” sign in the area.

• A woman on Shalom Drive reported a neighborhood dog frequently approaches her in an aggressive manner while she takes her walks. The dog does not bite her, but she is scared.
• A man reported the neighbor dog often chases his livestock and gets into his garbage. The neighbor children are also shooting the livestock with airsoft guns.
