Fire Chief Chauncey Sauer (on ground) inspects the Libby Rural Fire District's Pumper No. 2 as Assistant Fire Chief Jim Davidson poses in the operator's station at the top mount control panel. The panel allows the operator to observe a fire and the hose line. All firemen will be trained to operate the pumper, whose equipment includes an electronic siren and a public address system.
