Judith Orr

Judith A. Orr, 75, of Troy passed away from natural causes Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center. She was born Aug. 30, 1939, in Libby to Frank and Pauline (Sheldon) French.  

Judith grew up and attended school in Troy, graduating from Troy High School with the Class of 1957. She married William Orr on Nov. 6, 1981. Judith was an active member of the Troy Church of God and was very involved in the Troy community. She cooked at the Troy Elementary School for many years and also headed up the Troy Wings campaign.

Judith had a heart for others and did what she could to help out.  In her spare time, Judith enjoyed cooking, bowling, camping, fishing and skiing. She liked to be busy. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Judith was preceded in death by a son, Dell Hughart.

Survivors include her husband William Orr of Troy; sons Greg Hughart (Alex) of Albuquerque, N.M., and Mike Hughart (Victoria) of Battle Ground, Wash.; step-children Michael Orr of Troy, Jolene Calvi (Jim) of Eureka, John Orr (Christen) of Troy, Sherri Garcia of Troy, and Cathy Dawson, of Beverly Hills, Calif.; brother Kenny French of Troy; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
