Rick Sutherland of Spirit Lake, Ida., first place in the neon lights contest Friday night with a '92 Yahama V-Max. Second place went to Paul Winfield of Post Falls, Ida., with a 1950 Mercury and third to Rod Campbell of Athol, Ida. with a 1966 Mustang.
