Donna Hall, exalted ruler of the Libby Lodge of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, presents a check for $1000 to Bill Clark to be used for Camp Patriot. The local lodge received a grant from the Elks National Foundation because a high number of members contribute to the foundation. One of the main goals of the Elks is to support our military and veterans.
