A caller reported the theft of cement mixer taken sometime in August 2013 from a Hammer Cutoff Residence.
Libby Volunteer Fire Department responded to a shed on fire near other structures on Farm-To-Market Road.
Libby Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire on the 5th Street Bridge and Port Authority property. The fire was believed to be arson. Firefighters turned the fire over to the U.S. Forest Service.
Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railway called to report a staggering subject new Jay Effar Road. The subject is laying on the railroad tracks. She was transported to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.
Caller reported that he had received a call from his daughter stating her mother had shown up intoxicated at a residence on Lolo Avenue and was causing problems.
April 10
Caller reported a driver on Highway 2 near Kootenai Truck & Tire had almost hit her and not stopped for a school bus.
Jesse John Driebusch was arrested on an Idaho warrant.
Libby Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at the Libby High School.
Larry Matthew Hansen turned himself in on a Justice Court warrant.
Animal Control was contacted about pit bulls running loose and jumping on a child on Farm-To-Market Road.
Officers responded to Tennis Courts for three juveniles who were reported for minor in possession of tobacco.
April 11
State workers reported that somebody dismembered a picnic table in a Libby park. The city was notified.
A resident of Sheldon Flats Road reported a scam.
